Meditation Exercises
One | The tree of dreams
Begin by closing your eyes and taking four deep, calming breaths. Relax and go within. Clear your head of all thoughts and open your mind to accepting new possibilities. Take another deep breath and picture your happy place; the beach, the mountains, a sunset, or sunrise. Give the space detail. What does it smell like? What colors are present in the scene? Sense what you feel around you: is it wind; a cool breeze? What’s the temperature? See your happy place and feel the energy of the new space and change of senses.
After you’ve got it, think of something you’ve been manifesting: a new job, a new home, a relationship, more wealth. Now, envision yourself standing in your new environment, in your most extraordinary existence. As you stand in your happy place, feel a small bag of seeds appear in your hand. You open the bag to see each seed, individually labeled with your dream. Envision yourself kneeling to the ground, removing the seeds, and planting them into the abundant soil of the Universe. Take a deep breath, repeating the mantra: “I surrender my intention to the Universe and allow it to clarify the details.” As you repeat this mantra, see the seeds growing into an abundant and beautiful tree; each branch is inscribed with the details of your dream coming to life.
Lastly, take one final deep breath and repeat the mantra: “I am abundant in this Universe filled with exponential and unbounded possibility.”
Two | White Space
Please close your eyes and take a deep, calming breath. On the exhale, release all tension, anxiety, and unwillingness to participate. Go within, and travel to a completely white space. Envision yourself standing on white clouds, surrounded by white walls. This is stillness, calmness, and absolute serenity. Inside your white space, take a moment to breathe and surrender to the possibilities. See yourself sitting down on the clouds in the space. You feel grounded, supported, and held by its calmness. Now, picture yourself opening your eyes within the vision. You see a younger version of yourself sitting in front of you, perhaps seven or eight. They are sitting, innocently inviting you to reflect on a subconscious truth of scarcity, anger, resentment, or grief.
Ask yourself what trauma is a piece of your past that you’re still holding on to. The childlike version of yourself embodies that moment in your life. What do they feel? Go deep and go within. While offering yourself compassion, reflect on these emotions and how they still may affect you today. Don’t allow these emotions to become the threshold for this experience, simply notice them and how they manifest physically.
Are your shoulders slumped? Do you have a heaviness in your chest? Simply notice. As you do, together, you and your younger self stand. While envisioning yourself looking into their eyes, repeat the mantra: “I am safe. It is safe to release and let go of this emotion that is no longer serving me.” The pair of you place your right hand over your heart center, repeating the mantra together: “I forgive you. I understand why you/I held onto these emotions. It felt safe. It’s ok to release and let go. We are safe to move forward.”
Take a deep breath. Walk forward and hug the childlike version of yourself. Once more, repeat: “I release and let go.” Open your eyes and breath.
You must find the place inside yourself where nothing is impossible.

Three | Breathing Release
Once again, please take a deep breath and close your eyes. In this meditation, we will tap into any discomfort you may be feeling in your heart space or your body. As you move your attention inward, take a moment to identify any sensations of unease, reflecting on something that has been weighing heavy on you; a work project, relationship, or perhaps a major decision. Take another deep breath and move your attention inward. Feel the motion of your breathing pass through you. Once you feel it, identify the breath, giving it a color and shape. How does it make you feel? Take note of the density of the object you’ve identified with your breathing.
Focus on your thoughts of discomfort and place them into your breath object. Visualize the object opening, filling its space with your thought, and allowing it to take over those emotions. Once you’re ready, close the object and feel the release of those emotions. As you do this, please take another deep breath and visualize yourself moving to a small sailboat in the ocean. While visualizing both hands on the object, repeat the mantra aloud, “I release and let go of all weighted emotions, all emotions that are no longer serving me,” and let go of the object. Watch the weight of your emotions sink to the depths of the ocean.
Take another deep breath and reflect on the lightness you feel. Repeat this exercise until you feel the weight of the emotions is no longer with you, repeating the mantra: “I release and let go.”
Four | Exploring Abundance
Finally, please find a comfortable place to sit and take a deep breath, closing your eyes. In this meditation, we will explore the presence of Universal abundance, and how we may direct our conscious attention to tapping into our own. All material objects in the physical world are made up of the same particles of matter that create our physical form in our three-dimensional view. The chair you’re sitting on was once the same particles of matter that you were before you were born. Take a moment to feel the chair or ground you’re sitting on. As you go within, imagine the chair easily separating into billions of small particles. These particles represent the infinite abundance available to us in our known Universe.
Please direct your attention to that chair (separated into billions of particles), as if it were floating in front of you. Notice the infinite number of particles. Now, take a moment to reflect on what you’d like to feel more abundant in: is it love, happiness, security, wealth? Next, imagine that the topic you choose is represented by only one square inch of that chair in front of you. You see the floating particles, and only a small portion is lit up with the abundance you desire. Visualize yourself reaching up and taking hold of that abundance, repeating the mantra: “Abundance is my birthright, and I accept abundance into my life with effortless ease.”
Take a deep breath and allow yourself to accept the Universal abundance into your life. Notice how easy it is to reach up and take hold of that abundance. Today, attempt to carry that sense of ease into what you’d like to experience more of, allowing it to flow into your life easily.
